 FIDE General Secretary Noureddine Tabbane has prepared the Agenda for the first quarter 2004 FIDE Presidential Board meeting scheduled 28-29 February in Kotor, Montenegro. Among the items on the Agenda are the World Championship and list of qualifiers.

The Nauru Chess Federation has applied for FIDE membership while the Kasparov Chess Foundation has applied for affiliation as associate member.
