Chapter 15 - Final Matters

FIDE will dissolve as soon as the number of members has been reduced to two. Moreover, FIDE can be dissolved by a decision of the General Assembly, if at least two-thirds of all members express themselves in favour of dissolution. |

In case of dissolution, the General Assembly shall decide how to dispose of the FIDE assets, which are to be used for chess or for any other purpose contributing to the general good. |
