For the third year in a row the Central Serbia Chess Federation organizes the round robin tournaments for title norms.
The 10-player Grandmaster tournament will be held from 17-23rd November, 2016, in hotel "Sumarice" in Kragujevac.
The rate of play is 90 minutes per player for 40 moves + 30 minutes to finish the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move starting from the first.
At least three players with the title of Grandmaster and 4 players from other federations will be included.
There are no entry fees in the tournament! Players can achieve FIDE title norms.
For players with the title of GM the organizer will provide full board in a single room and a stipend. Other players who will be admitted into the tournament are to pay on account of the organizer 250 EUR for the costs of 7-day full board, arbiters, FIDE taxes and transportation costs from Belgrade airport to Kragujevac.

. The deadline for applications is October 15, 2016.
Due to the limited number of participants, it is desirable for interested players to send applications as soon as possible. In the case of a large number of applicants, preference will be given to the players with higher ratings. Following the conclusion of the list of participants, the organizer will make a drawing of tournament numbers, if necessary using Varma tables, of which shall promptly notify all participants.
