The 2016 European Rapid and Blitz Chess Championships will be held in Tallinn, Estonia from December 14-18. This will also be the main event of the Paul Keres 100 Festival. The competition venue will be Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Conference & Spa Hotel Tallinn http://www.maleliit.ee/eurapid2016/ 

The total prize fund of the tournaments will be € 30100, all European chess players are invited to participate and together celebrate the end of the 2016 chess year - the Year of Paul Keres.
