REGULATIONS
of the International Chess FESTIVAL “Nakhchivan Open - 2015”
dedicated to the memory of nationwide leader HEYDAR ALIYEV
Tournament will be held in Nakhchivan (Azerbaijan), in “Nakhchivan Chess Center”.
Arrival - May 1, 2015
1st round - May 2, 2015
Last round - May 10, 2015
Departure - May 11, 2015
Tournament will be held as the Swiss system (9 rounds). Rounds starting at 15:00.
Rate of play: The rate of play will be 90 minutes for 40 moves plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting move one.
The last term for registration of the applications for participating in the tournament is April 20, 2015.
Tournament A: will be participate higher than ELO 2250. (Women 2100).
Tournament B: will be participate low than ELO 2249.
Tournament C (children): children’s tournament age till 12 years.
