The Chinese Taipei Chess Association on behalf of FIDE and the Asian Chess Federation is honored to host the 10th Asian Schools Chess Championships 2014 in Taichung,Taiwan from 23rd August (arrival) to 30th August (departure) 2014. The Championship has categories U-5, U-7, U-9, U-11, U-13, U-15 & U-17 for Open and Girls.

Taiwan is a small but beautiful island. Our major cities such as Taichung, Taipei and Kaohsiung are all extremely modern cities and yet full of traditional culture traces. The Championship venue is located in Taichung city, which is a safe and versatile city. We believe you shall love the city.

To welcome your federation, we prepare a one day free culture trip for all of your participants. If you want to visit Taipei city or other cities before or after the championships, please feel free to let us know. We shall provide all related information and try our best to meet your needs.
