The 2014 Azerbaijan Championship for women was held on 5-15th March in Baku. Twelve players competed in the round robin tournament. The average elo was 2180.

WIM Khayala Abdulla emerged new national champion after completing the event with 8/11 points, leaving WGM Gulnar Mammadova and Aytan Amrayeva half a point behind.
