X International Chess Festival "Pskov-2013" (including the stage of the Russian Cup among young chess players) will be held in Pskov, the Russian Federation on 21 June 03 July 2013.

The following tournaments will be organized:

"A" – Rating tournament (It is a 9 round Swiss tournament with time control 90 minutes for each player plus 30 seconds per move)

"B" – Stage of the Russian Cup U-9, 11, 13 and 15 (It is a 9 round Swiss tournament with time control 90 minutes for each player plus 30 seconds per move)

"D" – Rapid chess Rating tournament (It is a 9 round Swiss tournament with time control 10 minutes for each player plus 5 seconds per move)

"E" – Blitz tournament (Round robin system)

"K" - Rapid chess Rating tournament with norm candidate master of Russia (It is a 9 round Swiss tournament with time control 15 minutes for each player plus 10 seconds per move)

"T" - Rapid chess Rating tournament of teams (It is a 7 round Swiss tournament with time control 10 minutes for each player plus 5 seconds per move)
