Russian Grandmaster Aleksandr Rakhmanov preserved the lead from the penultimate round and won the 15th Dubai Open Chess Championship with 7,5/9 points.
With the top four boards being drawn and a couple of decisive results further bellow, the number of players on the shared second place grew to eight. Among them is the talented Chinese girl Ju Wenjun.
