Asian Zonal Chess Championships 2012, Zone 3.2 |

The Asian Zonal Chess Championships for the Zone 3.2 of FIDE will be held from 2nd to 9th of February in Sri Lanka around 100Km from the airport. It will be a 9 round Swiss System event and carries a total of 5,700 US $ Prize fund for both men & women.
According to the FIDE Regulations the winners will be eligible to play in the FIDE World Cup event and titles are also possible according to the FIDE regulations.
On behalf of the President of the Chess Federation of Sri Lanka, we are glad to invite all of the National Chess Federation in the Zone 3.2 to participate in this event. We look forward to your participation in the event.
