 Chess Tournament "Ciudad de San Juan" will take place on 16-18th November at the Convention Center "Mayor Guillermo Barrena Guzmán" in San Juan, Argentina.
The gameplay will be 9 rounds Swiss. The rate of play will be 45 minutes plus 30 seconds per move. In the case of mechanical clocks the time control will be 60 minutes per player.
The top awards will be: 4000, 3000, 2000, 1000 and 800 ARG pesos.
