The International Chess Festival “Moscow Open-2013” for the prizes of the Russian State Social University and the Moscow Chess Federation will be held in Moscow from 31st January to 11th February 2013.
31st January is the day of arrival of participants of children's tournaments; 1st February - the day of arrival of participants of major tournaments.
10th February - the day of departure of participants of children's tournaments; 11th February - the day of departure of participants of major tournaments.
The location of the Festival is the Russian State Social University (RSSU), B. Pick Street, 4; metro station "Botanical Garden".
Organizers - Russian State Social University (RSSU, www.rgsu.net ), Chess Federation of Moscow (MCF, www.moscowchess.org ), Directorate of sports and entertainment events of the Moscow Government, with the support of the Department of Physical Culture and Sport in Moscow (www.mossport.ru ), the Russian Chess Federation (www.russiachess.org ), International School Chess Union (www.icce.su ) and the International Chess Federation (www.fide.com ).
