e2e4 High Wycombe Congress will take place on 12th - 14th October 2012 at De Veres Uplands House, Four Ashes Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP15 6LB, England.
The Congres will have three sections: FIDE Open (Open to all), FIDE Challengers (U2050 / U175) and FIDE Major (U1750 / U140).
Pairings in all sections will be according to FIDE swiss pairing rules, using the Swiss Master computer program. Number of rounds: 5. Time control for all sections is 90 minutes plus 30 seconds per move increments from move 1.
