56th Belarus Women Chess Championship Print

The 56th Belarus Women Chess Championship was held from 10th to 18th January in Minsk. Ten players competed in the round robin tournament.

WIM Nastassia Ziaziulkina and Tatiana Revo shared the first place with impressive 8.0/9 poins each. Ziaziulkina was declared champion because she defeated Revo in the direct duel.

The 17-years old champion returned the title which she had also won two years ago. Last year she finished 2nd.

1-2. WIM Ziaziulkina Nastassia 2290 and Revo Tatiana 2066 - 8.0
3-4. FM Stetsko Lanita 2115 and WGM Sharevich Anna 2267 - 6.0
5. Nevioselaya Maria 1959 - 5.0
6. Kasperovich Ekaterina 2056 - 4.0
7. WGM Eidelson Rakhil 2236 - 3.0
8. Tereshkova Marina 1903 - 2.5
9. Beinenson Katsiaryna 1914 - 2.0
