The 12th Lausanne Young Masters chess tournament was held as a 7-round Open from 16th to 19th September in Lausanne, Switzerland. 98 players, including 11 Grandmasters, took participation.
GM Christian Bauer took a clear first place with 6.0 points. Five players remained half a point behind. The total prize fund of 11’000 CHF was distributed to 23 prizes.
