Inventi_chessInventiChess 2011 International Grandmaster tournament was held from 3rd to 11th September in Antwerpen, Belgium. 10 players competed in the round robin event.

The top seeded 20-years old French GM Edouard Romain won the event by collecting 7.0 points, holding a half a point margin ahead of the legendary GM Jan Timman. IM Benjamin Bok finished third on 5.5, while the rest of the field remained far behind.

2. GM Jan Timman NED 2555 - 6.5
3. IM Benjamin Bok NED 2488 - 5.5
4-7. FM Stefan Docx BEL 2328, IM Bart Michiels BEL 2501, IM Elisabeth Paethz GER 2461 and GM John Van Der Wiel NED 2459 - 4.0

10. GM Ketevan Arakhamia-Grant SCO 2456 - 3.0
