The 4th Mayor's Cup International Open Chess Tournament will be held 15 - 24 September 2011 in Mumbai, India with $31,000 in cash prizes. The tournament is organized by the Venus Chess Academy, conducted by Bombay Chess Association and held under the auspices of Maharashtra Chess Association and All India Chess Federation.
