2. Venue and Dates:
The tournament shall be held in the hotel Slavija from 13th to 19th december 2010.
3. System and rate of play:
A round-robin tournament. Time control: 90 min for 40 moves, then 30 minutes till the end of game + 30 sec per move from the beginning of the game.
