12th European Chess Championships will be held in Aix-les-Bains, France from 21 March to 3 April 2011. Champioships are open to all players who belong to chess federations which are part of the European Chess Union.

Organizers of the Championship are: French Chess Federation, under the auspices of the City of Aix-les-Bains and the European Chess Union.
