 1. TIME AND PLACE
Championship will be held at Novi Sad, from 25.07. to 01.08. 2010. Opening and Closing ceremony and tournament will be held at the buliding of Student's Centre, (big caffeteria) at first floor above the restaurant, Dr Sime Milosevica Street n. 4
2. ORGANIZER
Vojvodina Chess Federation together with Serbia Chess Federation, Provincial
Secretariat of Sport, City of Novi Sad, University Student's Centre
3. PARTICIPATION
Every player has a right to participate, Tournament has an open and multinational
character
4. SYSTEM AND RATE OF PLAYING
The championship will be 9 rounds, played in the Swiss system, in accordance
with the FIDE Tournament Rules. According to FIDE and ECU rules, the time
control will be 90 minutes for 40 moves plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game
with an increment of 30 seconds per move.
In case of tie following criteria will be used:
- Buholz -1
- full Buholz
- the greater number of victories
- sudden death game
Chess sets and clocks are provided by organisers

7. PRIZES
Prizes for all participants:
60.000, 45.000, 35.000, 24.000, 17.000, 12.000, 10.000, 9.000, 7.000,
5.000, 4.000, 3.000 = 231.000 dinara (12 prizes )
Under 2300 elo, 10.000.00 / digital chess-clock / chess set
Under 2200 elo, 10.000.00 / digital chess-clock / chess set
Under 2000 elo, 10.000.00 / digital chess-clock / chess set
Under 1800 elo, 10.000.00 / digital chess-clock / chess set
Under 1600 elo, 10.000.00 / digital chess-clock / chess set
= 80.000.00 din ( 12 prizes)
This prizes are accumulative! Between two possible prizes you must have
choose bigger one.
Total prize fund is 4400 € (total 44 prizes)
8. ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation for all participants and accompany persons is provided at Students
new dorm or 3 star hotel.
- price per person for double room at students new dorm: 19€
- ***Hotel , Full board in the single room 38€ , double room 32€ per person
- special offer, accommodations at Dorms class A (2-3 *), free entry fee, 7 nights - 130€
for the first 30 registrations ( double room)
Organizer can offer assistance for transport, under reasonable prices. It is possible
to make a special agreement if it is related to bigger groups of participants.
9. TECHNICAL DETAILS AND ENTRY FEE
Under 1600: 25€
Under 2200: 20€
Elo over 2200: 15€
FM, IM: 10
Players without elo: 30 €, children until 15 years: 10 €
Entry fee for this Championship (blitz, rapid) is: 6€, together 10€. At first day is bigger for 20% !
For all the registrations (including gratis), after 15.06.2010. is necessary to add 5€ more, after
15.07.2010. 10€ more, at 1st day of the tournament 15 € more.
