2.Venue: Lishui City, Zhejiang Province

3.Travel Expenses: All players to be responsible for their travel expenses. Airport transfers will be provided only from and to Wenzhou City and unless prior notice is given. Players arriving at other airports will need to arrange their own domestic travel.

4.Living Expenses: GMs and WGMs will receive free board and lodging in twin-sharing room in a 3-star hotel. Others will pay 180RMB per day inclusive of 3 meals in the same hotel. For single occupancy, the rate is 270RMB.

5.Entry Fee: Free for all GMs, WGMs, IMs and WIMs. Others pay US$50 before start of Players Meeting.

6.Schedule: 11 rounds Swiss System; double rounds on 18th, 20th and 22nd Sep; Free Day 21st Sep.

7.Time Control: 90 minutes for the entire game with 30 seconds increment for each move starting from move one.

8.Prize Fund of 200,000RMB net of tax. (US$1 about 6.83RMB)

Main: (134,000RMB) - 1st 50,000; 2nd 25,000; 3rd 15,000; 4th 10,000; 5th 6,000; 6th 4,000; 7th-10th 3,000; 11th-16th 2,000.

Top Women (66,000RMB)

1st 30,000; 2nd 8,000; 3rd 6,000; 4th 5,000; 5th 4,000; 6th-8th 3,000; 9th to 10th 2,000.

9.Visas: Invitation letters will be issued for registration received before 16th August 2009.

10.Please note that the organizers will not provide any appearance fees or travel subsidies. Henceforth, the organizers will not respond to such requests.

11.The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject late entries after 16th August 2009.
