The National Chess Federation of the Philippines invites players to participate in the $40,000 President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo Cup 24-30 September 2009 in Manila followed by the $30,000 Prospero A. Pichay, Jr. Cup 1-8 October 2009 in Bacolod City.
