The National Chess Federation of the Philippines, on behalf of the Asian Chess Federation and FIDE, invites Asian National Chess Federations to participate in the 8th Asian Continental / Individual Open and Women's Championships from 12th to 24th May 2009 at the Subic Exhibition and Convention Center in Subic Bay, Freeport Zone, Olongapo City, Philippines with total prizes of $50,000 for the Open and $15,000 for the Women's. The Asian championship shall be followed immediately by the 2nd Subic International Open from 24th May to 1st June at the same venue with a total of $30,000 in cash prizes. Download the regulations .
