MITROPACUP 2009
To the Chess Federations of Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia and Switzerland, and to Mr. Boris Kutin, ECU President, and Mr. Horst Metzing, ECU Secretary General.
Chess Federation of Slovenia has the honour to invite your representatives to the MITROPACUP 2009. The tournament will be organised with two separate sections, men’s section and women's section.

| Teams: |
Each team is composed of four men plus one reserve (for men´s section) and two women plus one reserve (for women´s section) and one team captain. Women’s section will be organised only if at least 6 teams will register by April 10. |
| Time Control: |
90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to finish the game, with 30 seconds increment after each move starting from move 1. |

| Prizes: |
The first three teams will be awarded crystal trophies by Rogaska Crystal and gold, silver and bronze medals |
| Accommodation: |
Each team is provided full board accommodation in one triple room and three double rooms in Hotel Sava**** and Hotel Zagreb****. Additional single rooms (surcharge 15€/day + tourist tax) and accommodation for accompanying persons can be organised (half-board, standard: 70 € (double), 80€/day (single)+tourist tax). |

Transfer from Ljubljana, Graz or Zagreb airport can be organised. |
