Russian Team gained the victory in the team event at the last 32nd World Chess Solving Cahmpionship in Jurmala (Latvia). FIDE Vice President Andrei Selivanov together with Georgy Evseev and Aleksandr Azhusin under the Russian team flag took part in this championship. Andrei Selivanov also became World Champion in the World Championship in Composing for Individuals (WCCI) on composing chess problems on selfmates for the 2004-2006 and World Champion on Chess Compositions as a member of Russian team in the 8th World Chess Composing Tournament (WCCT) for 2005-2008. The results of these championships were approved at 51st World Congress of Chess Compositions (PCCC) which finished on September 6 in Jurmala (Latvia).
