Vietnam Big Winners at 9th ASEAN+ Age-Group Championship Print

Vietnam was the big winner in the 9th ASEAN+ Age Group Championship held from 9-18 June 2008 in Danang, Vietnam as they took full advantage of being host by grabbing 134 medals, more than double that of second placed Philippines with 66. Singapore took third place with just 21 medals.

Indonesia with 14, Brunei with 9, Malaysia (the third largest contingent) with 4 and Korea with 1 were the remaining medal winners.
