 The Turkey-Georgia Match is now taking place in Ankara while the Turkish Chess Federation shall organize a very strong Open, the "European Saraybahce Grandprix Tournament" in Kocaeli from 17 to 26 August.

The Turkey-Georgia Summit is taking place in Ankara, a schveningen match double round between 6 boards (total 12 rounds).
Georgia: GM JOBAVA Baadur, GM Gelashvili Tamaz, GM Janjgava Lasha, IM Gaprindashvili Valerian, IM Iashvili Akaki, Magalashvili Davit

European Saraybahce Grandprix Tournament
The Turkish Chess Federation shall organize a very strong Open Tournament in Kocaeli from 17 to 26 August. The name of the tournament is the European Saraybahce Grandprix Tournament. Till now 26 GM and 20 IM have registered and top 20 ELO Average is above 2550.
