 The Libyan Chess Federation has issued the invitation to the African Junior Championships 2003 scheduled 29 December 2003 (arrival) to 7 January 2004 (Departure) in Triploi, Libya. Entitled to participate are chess players from the federations in Zones 4.1 to 4.3 who shall not have reached the age of 20 by January 1st of 2004.
