In accordance with the CCA financial regulations the entry fees, ( USD 75.00 for each official participant and USD 100.00 for each extra one), shall be paid directly at the tournament, before the start of the first round. These fees were collected by FIDE under former regulations. It is very important that every participant knows this new procedure because no player can participate without fulfilling this requirement. All participants must have the endorsment of their respective Federation. |
