On behalf of the Commonwealth Chess Association & FIDE the All India Chess Federation cordially invites all National Chess Federations affiliated to the Commonwealth Chess Association to participate in the Commonwealth Chess Championships scheduled to be held at Bikaner, India from 27th February to 9th March 2005. The All India Chess Federation also extends invitation to all National Chess Federations affiliated to FIDE to the Chhattisgarh International Open Tournament (Raipur, India, 10-20 March, 2005, which has been incorporated in the Commonwealth Championship 2005 in India.

Chhattisgarh International Open Championship will take place in Raipur, India, from 10-20 March 2005.
The Commonwealth Championships are open to the citizens of all Commonwealth countries and to those who have been residents in the Commonwealth countries during the preceding five years.
