The Serbia and Montenegro Chess Federation has the honor to invite all European Chess Federations affiliated to FIDE to participate in the European Youth Chess Championships and the European under-16 and under-18 Championships in Herceg Novi (Montenegro) located on the Adriatic Coast approximately 260 Km south of Belgrade (Serbia) and 110 km south from Podgorica (Montenegro) from the 13th September (arrival) to 24th September 2005(departure).
