![]() News Item of 3 July 2005 Two international events precede the World Youth starting 18 July in Belfort, France. From 8 to 16 July, the 7th International Youth Open shall be held in Saint-Lo, France with over 200 children participating. Going on now is the 4th Dubai Open Juniors from 4 to 12 July. The Dubai Open Juniors, now in its 4th edition, is growing in popularity with 120 children from 14 countries competing in the 9-round Swiss until 12 July at the Dubai Chess Club in the United Arab Emirates. At stake is US$10,000 in cash prizes for three Categories U10, U12 and U14. Watch top boards live starting 18:00 local time (GMT+4)at the official site.
