We are announcing that FIDE President HE Kirsan Ilyumzhinov and the Deputy of the State Duma Mr. Hinshtein have signed a contract on 26 July 2005 in respect of the 122 Semenovsky District Team Championship in Mobile Chess that will be organized under the personal patronage of the FIDE President HE Kirsan Ilyumzhinov for the prizes of FIDE and the ones of the State Duma Deputy Mr. Hinshtein.

The tournament will be held in 2 stages: categories tournaments (Gorodez, Ureny, Semenov) and the final match (Gorodez) with 6 teams participating (1st and 2nd places qualifiers after the 1st stage). The categories tournaments will be held on 2 October 2005 and the final stage will take place on 9 October 2005.
