Dear Chess Players,

The European Chess Union, the Bulgarian Chess Federation, the National Chess Foundation "Morsko Konche" and administration of Varna have the honour of inviting National Chess Federations and School Chess Teams to participate in the First European School Team U-12, 14 and 16 Championship.

The tournament will take place in Varna, Bulgaria from 20 to 28 of June 2006.

An accompanying event will be Third European Festival 'The Hopes of the World' for school champions up to 10, 12, 14 and 16 years of age.
