 The Greek Chess Federation hosted the 2nd World School Championship 24th April to 2nd May 2006 in Kalithea, Halkidiki, Greece. After 9 rounds the gold champions in each category are the following: U7-Lim De Li Derek(SIN), U9-Taminsyah Aston(INA), U11-Emiroglu Cankut(TUR), U13-Rahimov Rahmatjon(UZB), U15-Chirila Ioan Cristian (ROM). In the girls' section: U7- Nikolaidou Vasiliki(GRE), U9-Pratysha Bodda(IND), U11-Ho En Huei Danielle(SIN), U13-Bulmaga Irina(MDA), U15-Iordanidou Zoi(GRE). Read more here.
