 The Libyan Chess Federation is cordially inviting the chess players to participate in the World Amateur (Women) Chess Championships 2006 that will take place in Tripoli, Libya from 23 November (arrival) to 3 December (departure) 2006. The participants shall have no FIDE Title or published FIDE Rating above 2000 at the start of the tournament nor have had such a rating for at least two years prior to the start of the event.
