 The $40,000 Philippine International Open and Philippine International Challenge are scheduled 10-20 April 2007 in Subic, Olongapo City, National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP) president Prospero Pichay (photo) announced. The resort venue gives participants the chance to combine a chess and beach holiday. Download regulations for the International Open and for the Challenge event. The event is part of the string of international events organized by the NCFP President, following the successful President Arroyo Cup last November in Manila.
