The Russian Junior and Girls Championship (U 10-18) is taking place in Dagomys, Russia now. The Russian Champions are qualified to participate in the World Junior and Girls Championships, runner-ups - in the European Junior and Girls.
In conjunction with this Championship there is an Arbiters` Seminar held by the International Arbiter Ashot Vardapetian. IA Eduard Dubov of Russia helps Ashot Vardapetian to hold the seminar. Every year the seminars help many arbiters to get the qualification. About 60 arbiters took part in this year Seminar, 14 of them are holders of IA title.
