Vladislav Tkachiev of France and Tatiana Kosintseva of Russia are the winners of the European Individual Chess Championships 2007 (Men and Women) that took place from 2-15 April 2007 in Dresden, Germany.

In Men`s section, 7 players tied for first, but in playoff Vlad Tkachiev was the first. Tatiana Kosintseva won her Championship already after tenth round, being ahead of her competitors.
