The World Chess Champion, Russian Grandmaster Vladimir Kramnik wins the annual Category 20 Chess tournament Sparkassen Chess meeting with 8 players competing in a single round robin.

The tournament took place from 23 June to 1 July 2007. Vishy Anand, Vladimir Kramnik, Peter Leko, Magnus Carlssen, Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Boris Gelfand, Evgeny Alexeev and Arkady Naiditsch are participating.
