Biel International Chess Festival celebrates its 40s anniversary this year. The annual tournament will take place from 21 July to 3 August 2007. Among other tournaments there is a traditional Grandmaster tournament of 18 Category with Teimour Radjabov (AZE), Alexander Grischuk (RUS), Magnus Carlsen (NOR), Judit Polgar (HUN), Bu Xianghzi (CHN), Loek van Wely (NED), Alexander Onischuk (USA), Alexander Motylev (RUS), Boris Avrukh (ISR) and Yannick Pelletier (SUI) participating.
