FIDE Honorary President Florencio Campomanes shall be lead lecturer at the FIDE Arbiters Seminar scheduled 20-24 September 2007 in Cebu City, Philippines, a FIDE/ARISF project organized by the Asian Chess Federation concurrent with the Asian Individual Championship. Official airline is the Philippine Airlines. Other lecturers are FIDE Secretary General Ignatius Leong of Singapore, FIDE Technical Commission Chairman Dr. Andrzej Filipowicz of Poland and Asian Deputy President Casto Abundo.
