The chess tournament in memory of Fabiana Oliveira started in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal on January 6, 2008 and will last till March 2, 2008.
The Chief Arbiter of the tournament, Martin Cardoso, opened ceremony requesting silence. ``With many kids, it is sometimes complicated. But sometimes, the adults are worse`` says the arbiter. 67 participants, representing 10 teams take part in this competition.
