The 1st Longtou Cup the Belt and Road Chess Open
Chinese Chess Association invites all players to play in the 1st Longtou Cup the Belt and Road Chess Open from 25th May to 4th June 2018 in Qinhuangdao city, Hebei province, China.
1. Participation
It is open to all rated and unrated players with FIDE ID.
2. System
2.1 FIDE rating is calculated.
2.2 The latest FIDE rule is adopted.
2.3 Swiss system of 9 rounds. The time control is 90 minutes for each player with an increment of 30 seconds per move starting from the first move.
2.4 Men and women players will play together in one group.
3. Arbiter and Appeals
3.1 Arbiter is appointed by Chinese Chess Association
3.2 Appeals member is appointed according to the Regulations.
4. Prize fund
Prize is as below in Chinese currency (net of tax):

Women players cannot get both prize money. And the players’ places will remain the same if women players choose to have special prize.
5. Payment
5.1 Entry fee
Rated players: $50
Unrated players: $80
5.2 Board and lodging
The room rates include hotel accommodation and 3 meals, starting with the dinner on 25th May 2018 until the lunch on 4th June 2018.
The rate of a double room for per person is 4800CNY. If player wants to upgrade to single room, he or she should pay for 240CNY for each night.

6. Transportation
All participants are required to send their flight details of arrivals and departures to the Organizer before 15th May 2018 to the email

. After the deadline, organizer will not provide transfer service.
The Organizer will provide airport transfers every three hours from Beijing International Airport to the Official Hotel, and from the Official Hotel to the airport at official arrival day and departure day.
