XI Remberto Fernández Chess Tournament 2018 |

We are pleased to invite you to the XI Remberto Fernández Chess Tournament in its Second International Edition, to be held in Havana, Cuba.
Participation is free, in case of being university, please inform in which university you study or work. The event is scheduled from April 28th to May 8th, 2018.
International norms will be granted during the event and certificates will be delivered at the closing ceremony.
The tournament will be held at the University of Informatics Sciences. It is located 15 minutes from José Martí International Airport.
FIDE current international regulations will apply; the game time will be 90 minutes with 30 seconds increment from move 1.
It will be played by the Swiss System to 10 rounds. The tolerance time will be half an hour.
