The 18th “Mediterranean Flower” closed WGM tournament is taking place from 24 February to 3 March in Rijeka, Croatia. It is a 10-player round robin tournament. The event is organized by chess club "Draga" and supported by the city of Rijeka. Mayor Vojko Obersnel opened the tournament in Rijeka City Salon.
