Russian Rapid Grand Prix in Kolomna |

The second stage of the rapid Grand Prix of Russia starts in Kolomna on February 16.
143 chess players, including such well-known grandmasters as Alexander Morozevich, Yuri Balashov, Mikhail Kobalia, Pavel Ponkratov, Sergey Volkov, Dmitry Kokarev, Aleksey Goganov, Evgeny Romanov, Aleksei Pridorozhni, as well as young players David Paravyan, Ilia Iljushenok, Vadim Moiseenko, and Alexey Sarana, will take part in the event.
The tournament is 11-round Swiss with time control 15 min + 10 sec which will be played on February 16-17.
In addition, rapid tournaments for children U9, U11, U13 and U15 will take place on 18th February.
