The 40th Greek Women's Championship took place from 2-10th January, 2018, in the Philippion Hotel in Thessaloniki.

The event was a 10-player round-robin tournament. WIM Ekaterini Pavlidou won the title with 7/9 points, half a point ahead of the narest follower.
