3rd Open international chess tournament of Noisiel

The 3rd Noisiel open chess international event is scheduled to take place from 24-28 Febraury 2018 at Salle polyvalente de la Ferme du Buisson in Noisiel, France. Host: Noisiel Echecs, the chess club in cooperation with the townhall of Noisiel and the Seine et Marne department. OUPINDRIN Narayanin, International Organiser-FIDE will the chief organiser of the event, organised at about 25 kms to the east of Paris and quite close to Disneyland Park. 3 different open tournaments will be organised in 5 days. Open A- reserved for players with more than 1900 Elo ratings. Possibility to make IM/GM norms. Open B- reserved for players between 1400 and 2000 Elo ratings.
