The 3rd Selimir Manojlovic Memorial, dedicated to the former president of Central Serbia Chess Federation, is being held from 16-22nd November in Valjevo, Serbia.
The tournament format is 10-player round robin with participants from Montenegro, Turkey, Slovakia and Serbia.
The event is organized by the Central Serbia Chess Federation, Chess Club "Krusik" and City of Valjevo.
